WordPress, SEO & AI Search Visibility Specialist

We are looking for a reliable remote SEO and website specialist to help with ongoing website updates, local SEO, and AI search visibility for a bridal fashion company with multiple U.S. boutique locations.

Responsibilities:

- Update WordPress website pages

- Improve SEO structure on existing pages

- Write and edit SEO-friendly website content

- Optimize H1/H2 headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, internal links, and image alt text

- Help improve local SEO for city/location pages

- Review Google Search Console and suggest improvements

- Help create FAQ content for Google and AI search visibility

- Add or recommend LocalBusiness, FAQ, and product/service schema

- Check website pages for duplicate headings, outdated location signals, broken content, and inconsistent phone/address information

- Create simple monthly progress reports

Required Skills:

- Strong English writing skills

- WordPress experience

- Basic technical SEO knowledge

- Local SEO experience

- Google Search Console experience

- Ability to use SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, Yoast, RankMath, or similar

- Comfortable using AI tools, but must be able to edit content so it sounds natural and brand-appropriate

- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions

Nice to Have:

- Experience with bridal, fashion, beauty, retail, luxury, or local service businesses

- Experience improving visibility in Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or other AI search results

- Basic Canva or image optimization experience
